In a matter of minutes, you can utilize Fourstarzz’s campaign designer tool to build an influencer marketing campaign for your business.

Before we get started, be sure to download a complimentary 7 day trial of the Fourstarzz software.  Go to http://fourstarzz.com/trial/  enter your name and email.  Fourstarzz will then send you login instructions.

Once you have signed into the Fourstarzz software, locate the button at the top right corner of the page, titled CREATE CAMPAIGN.  Click the button.

Influencer Marketing Campaign Creation

From here you have 3 choices:  BUILD YOUR OWN, CAMPAIGN DESIGNER, OR REQUEST PROPOSAL.  We are going to focus on the CAMPAIGN DESIGNER today, so I’m going to click on that middle square, CAMPAIGN DESIGNER.

A window will pop-up, which will need to be filled out.

First, add your campaign name.  

Next, use the drop-down menu to select a campaign purpose: either SALES/CONVERSION CAMPAIGN or AWARENESS/LAUNCH CAMPAIGN.  Be sure to really think about this step.  Do you want the purpose of your campaign to be converted to sales, or are you simply trying to build your brand awareness with this campaign?

Pick your product category using the drop-down menu.  

Add the date you would like your campaign to start.

Enter the amount you plan to spend on your marketing campaign.

Next, enter your conversion rate.  A conversion rate is required for an accurate ROI calculation.  *IF YOU ARE NOT SURE WHAT YOUR RATE IS, CLICK THE ESTIMATE BUTTON TO YOUR RIGHT – YOU’LL SELECT THE CATEGORY OF YOUR PRODUCT AND IT WILL CALCULATE A CONVERSION RATE FOR YOU.

Enter the CUSTOMER LIFETIME VALUE.  *Again, if you don’t know this number, click the estimate button to the right – here you will enter your average customer’s monthly spend.  Then you will use the drop-down menu to select your industry average.  This will give you an estimated CUSTOMER LIFETIME VALUE.  Click the USE-VALUE BUTTON.

Click the next button.

Fill out information about your audience.

  1. Add your TARGET GEOGRAPHY.  What country is your target audience in?
  2. Select your TARGETED GENDER from the drop-down menu.
  3. Select your TARGET AGES.
  4. Select FINISH.

Once you have filled out your company and audience info, the Fourstarzz software will generate a CAMPAIGN PROPOSAL.  This proposal can be downloaded in pdf form.

The pdf will display Fourstarzz’s marketing suggestions.  The first column will suggest which social media channels would make the most sense for your type of campaign.  It will tell you which social channel should be your primary focus and also where you should cross promote.  It will even suggest for you the social channels you should run supporting ads on.

Next, the campaign proposal will list the social media influencers who best fit your campaign objectives.

It displays content and scheduling suggestions such as content specs, how frequently you should publish, and what times are best to publish.

The last column of the campaign proposal displays your EXPECTED RESULTS.  Your ROI in conjunction with your budget, your campaign’s estimated reach, your average CPM, and your average engagement rate.

It also summarizes suggested TACTICS at the bottom of the page.

Our next step would be to click the CREATE CAMPAIGN SHEET orange button at the bottom of the page.  This will display your basic campaign information, including the percent of your budget you should spend on supporting ads.  At the bottom, click the NEXT STEP button.

This will display all the influencers planned to be used for your campaign, your projected ROI, your estimated reach, average engagement rate, and the social media platforms that will be utilized.  

Use this page to either remove influencers you don’t want to use or request a proposal for each influencer.  The REQUEST PROPOSAL button is located at the top of each influencer column, right after the influencer’s name, and the agency that manages them.  

You can also export or email this campaign sheet by clicking the SHARE button in the top right corner.  Use the drop-down menu to choose export or email.

Once you’re ready, click NEXT STEP on the bottom right hand side.

Here you can manage your campaign specifics.  For example, you can check off when you have contacted an influencer, and then you can check off when they have signed a contract.

This sheet can also be exported or emailed by clicking the share button in the top right-hand corner.
